As of early February, there were 1,261 active lawsuits in the ongoing Allergan breast implant multi-district litigation (MDL). As mentioned in our previous update, we don’t expect significant updates on the MDL until the case management conference scheduled for next week. It’s important to note that any updates from this conference could be minimal.
